Vaccinations 予防接種 （ワクチンなど）
Depending on the type of vaccination, vaccinations are carried out in groups or on an individual basis.
予防接種は集団（グループ）で行う「集団接種」と自分で病院に行って接種を受ける「個別接種」があります。
Group Vaccinations 集団接種
Group vaccinations are held at the Health Center (保健センター hoken sentaa). A notification will be sent out to families with children eligible for the group vaccinations.

Individual Vaccinations 個別接種
For individual vaccinations, you need to make an appointment at one of the medical clinics or hospitals in Kameoka that carry out vaccinations.
When your child becomes eligible for a vaccination, a notification will be mailed to your home. Or you can get information and a vaccination chart from the Health Center.

個別接種は亀岡市内の予防接種をする病院などで予約をして受けてください。
対象の年齢に達するまでに、通知が家に届きます。または健康増進課から案内と予診票をもらいます。

Additional Information 注意
- Vaccinations are available to children with an address in Kameoka. (If you would like to get vaccinations done outside of Kameoka, please consult with the Health Center in advance).
- Please bring your Mother and Child's Health Recordbook (母子健康手帳 boshi kenkō techō) and your vaccination chart (予診票 yoshin hyō) to the vaccination.
- Please fill in your vaccination chart clearly with a pen.
- Vaccinations should only be administered when the child is in good health. A parent or guardian who is familiar with the child's health should accompany the child to the vaccination.
- Depending on the vaccine and the illness, a child may not be able to get a vaccination if he or she has been ill recently.
- There are different kinds of vaccines, including active (生ワクチン nama wakuchin) and inactive vaccines (不活化ワクチン fukatsuka wakuchin). The amount of time between vaccines varies between the two. If you have any questions about vaccines, etc. please ask your doctor or contact the Health Promotion Section.
- 予防接種を受けることができる子どもは亀岡市内に住所がある子どもだけです。
- 接種を受けるとき、必ず「母子健康手帳」と「予診票」を持って行ってください。
- 「予診票」をよく読んで、内容はペンではっきりと書いてください。
- 子どもは健康状態がいいときに接種を受けてください。また、子どもの状態をよく知っている保護者も一緒に行ってください。
- 最近病気にかかった場合、病気の種類によっては予防接種を受けられないことになります。事前に聞いてください。
- 予防接種は「生ワクチン」と「不活化ワクチン」があります。種類によって接種と接種の間の時間が異なります。分からないことがあれば病院または健康増進課に聞いてください。
