Enrollment 入園（保育所・保育園に入るとき）
Families with children under school age who are unable to care for them during the day due to work schedules, illness, or other reasons, can enroll their children in daycare. If there is someone in the home between 16 to 65 years of age who is able to watch the child(ren), they cannot be enrolled in daycare. If there are special circumstances where they are unable to watch the child(ren), enrollment is possible. Please inquire for further details.
Daycare fees are determined by income tax paid for the previous year.
You cannot use this service if your residence is not registered in Kameoka City, even if you live in the city.
*Children cannot be sent to daycare when they are ill. See here for information about special daycare for children who are ill.

働いている親、病気にかかっている親など、日中家で子どもを保育できない場合、子どもが保育所や保育園に入ることができます。保育ができる16歳以上65歳未満の一緒に住んでいる家族の人がいる場合は保育所や保育園に入れません。ただし、保育できない特別な事情があれば、入所できることがあります。詳しくは、お問い合わせください。
保育料は親の前の年の所得にかかる所得税により決めます。
亀岡市に住民票（外国人登録）がないと保育所を利用することはできません。（住んでいるだけでは、利用できません）
※病気などのとき、保育所・保育園で子どもの保育ができません。子どもが病気のときの保育についてはこちら。

Application 申し込み
Please apply for enrollment at the Parental Support Section (子育て支援課 kosodate shien ka)located inside the Health Center（保健センター hoken sentaa）.

Things Required for Application 申し込みに必要な物
- Enrollment Application (入所申込書 nyūsho shinseisho)
- Proof of Employment (勤務証明書 kinmu shōmeisho) or other proof of inability to care for your children during the day.
- Your Certificate of Income (源泉徴収票 gensen chōshūsho hyō) or your tax declaration form (確定申告書 kakutei shinkokusho)
- Your Personal Seal（印鑑 inkan）
- Application for Children's Education & Nursery Benefits（支給認定申請書）
- 「入所申込書」
- 「勤務証明書」など自分で子どもの保育ができないことを証明するもの
- 前の年の所得にかかる「源泉徴収票」または「確定申告書」の控え
- 印鑑
- 「支給認定申請書」
Application Period, etc. 申し込み期間など
- You must apply by the 10th of the month BEFORE you wish to begin daycare services.
- Enrollment begins on the 1st of each month. Children cannot join daycare in the middle of the month. (If the 1st falls on a Sunday or holiday, enrollment begins on the following day).
- Long term daycare has the same enrollment rules as above. Enrollment begins on the 1st of the month.
- If you wish to enroll for the first time on April 1, however, applications are accepted at a different time and place.
- If the daycare you wish to enroll in is full, you may be asked to join your second or third choice.
- 入りたい月の前月の10日までに申し込みをしてください。
- 初めて保育所・保育園に行く場合は1日（日曜日・祝日の場合はその次の日）からです。月の途中から入ることができません。
- 長時間保育も初めて行く場合は1日（日曜日・祝日の場合はその次の日）からです。
- 4月1日から入りたい場合は、申し込みの受付は他の決まった時期と場所で行います。
- 保育所の定員を超えるときは、第2、第3希望の保育所に入ることになることがあります
