School Response to Weather Warnings　気象警報のとき学校は...

If a severe weather warning is issued for Kameoka City (亀岡市) schools expect you to follow the following guidelines.

※This does not apply for a weather advisory. See here for more information about weather warnings and advisories.

• If the warning is issued as of 7 AM
  Stay at home and wait for further changes. Do not leave for school.
• If the warning is still in place as of 9 AM
  School will be cancelled.
• If the warning is cancelled before 9 AM
  School will be held as usual. Take precautions and make your way to school.
• If the warning is issued during school hours
  Depending on the circumstances school will be cancelled and students will either be sent home immediately or kept at school until it is deemed safe.

*Under all circumstances, the school will put safety first. In case of a disaster such as an earthquake, please remain at home unless told otherwise.
*If a weather warning is issued as of 7 AM, unless there are special circumstances, the school will not contact you directly. Please follow the directions above. However, if the weather warning is cancelled before 9 AM, the PTA will contact you through the phone tree.
*There are limited phone lines at schools and kindergartens. Please avoid calling the school directly and wait for contact from the PTA.

「亀岡市」に「暴風警報」、「大雨洪水警報」などの気象警報が発表されたとき次のように行動してください。
※「注意報」のときは普通に学校に行ってください。「注意報」や「警報」などの気象警報の詳しくはこちら。

• 警報が午前7時現在に発表されたとき
  学校に行かないで、家で待っていてください。
• 警報が午前9時現在でまだ解除になっていないとき
  学校が休みになります。
• 警報が午前9時までに解除になったとき
  学校があります。気を付けて学校に行ってください。
• 学校が始まったあと警報が発表されたとき
  状況に応じて学校が休みになります。安全になるまで学校で待つ場合、または子どもがすぐ帰る場合があります。

※その他、学校から帰ることになる場合、安全を第一に対応します。また、地震などにより緊急の災害が起きた場合は家で待ってください。
※午前7時に何か警報が出た場合、特別な事情がなければ学校から家への連絡をしません。上に書いてあるように対応をしてください。なお、午前9時までに警報が解除になった場合、PTAの人が連絡します。
※小学校や中学校はたくさんの電話はありませんので、直接学校に電話はしないでください。家でPTAからの連絡を待ってください。

After School Daycare Response to Weather Warnings　気象警報のとき放課後児童会は...

If a severe weather warning is issued for Kameoka City (亀岡市) After School Daycares will take the following actions.

• If the warning is issued before the students go to school
  If school is cancelled, After School Daycare will also be cancelled.
• If the warning is issued during school hours
  If school is cancelled, After School Daycare will also be cancelled. The club will contact the school and follow directions from the school.
• If the warning is issued during daycare hours
  The daycare will contact parents and guardians and request that they pick up their child.

  学校が休みになる場合、放課後児童会も休みになります。
• 学校の授業中に警報が発表されたとき
  学校が休みになる場合、放課後児童会も休みになります。学校から連絡を取り、学校の言うとおり措置を取ります。
• 放課後児童会の時間中に警報が発表されたとき
  放課後児童会が保護者に連絡をします。子どもを迎えにくることをお願いします。
