When to File Registrations 届出 （こんなときは 手つづきを してください）
You need to file registrations with the National Health Insurance system when you quit your job or start a new job, when you move, or when another significant change occurs.
You must file registrations within 14 days of the change. Registrations are handled by the Insurance & Pension Section(保健医療課 hoken iryō ka) on the 1st floor of Kameoka City Hall.
新しい仕事をはじまるときや仕事をやめるとき、引っ越しなど変更があったときは、国民健康保険の手続が必要です。
変更があってから14日以内に保健医療課（市役所 1階）で手つづきをしてください。

※For all types of registration, your "my number" document and a proof of identification document are required.

When Quitting National Health Insurance 国民健康保険をやめるとき
Under the following circumstances you must report that you are quitting the National Health Insurance program. This is called 脱退手つづき dattai tetsuzuki. If you move away from Kameoka or join a different health insurance program through your employer, you are required as of that moment to make a report.
※If you fail to report that you are quitting the National Health Insurance program you may be required to pay insurance premiums for both National Health Insurance and your new insurance. If you use National Health Insurance even though you are enrolled in another insurance program, you will be required to pay back the fees covered by National Health Insurance.

国民健康保険をやめるときは手つづきが必要です。これを「脱退手つづき」と言います。亀岡市から引っ越すときや職場の健康保険に入ったときなど、その時点で脱退の手つづきをしなければいけません。
※国民健康保険をやめるとき、手つづきが遅れた場合、新しい健康保険と国民健康保険の両方の保険料を払わなければいけないかもしれません。また、他の保険を持っているのに国民健康保険の保険証を使った場合、後で国民健康保険が払った分を返さなければいけません。
