Pension Premiums 保険料について
For the 2020 fiscal year (April 1, 2020-March 31, 2021)
- Standard Monthly Payment (定額保険料 teigaku hokenryō):16,540 yen
- This is the standard payment that all persons enrolled in the National Pension must pay each month.
- Voluntary Additional Payment (追加保険料 tsuika hokenryō):400 yen per month
- This is a voluntary additional payment for persons wanting a larger pension.
*If you pay 2 years or 1 year or 6 months worth of premiums in advance, you will receive a discount.
*If you pay by direct withdrawal from your bank account, you will receive a discount.
令和2年度の保険料（2020年4月1日～2021年3月31日）
- 定額保険料：16,540円
- 毎月払わなければいけないお金。
- 追加保険料：400円
- より多くの年金を希望する人が払うお金。
※2年分や1年分、6カ月分をまとめて早めに払うとき割引があります。
※口座振替による毎月払うときも割引があります。
How to Pay Your Premiums 保険料の払い方
Pay Each Month With Cash 毎月現金で払うとき
You will receive a bill for your pension premiums. Take it to one of the following places to pay.
納付書が家に届きます。次の場所に持って行って現金で払えます。
- Japan Post Bank ゆうちょ銀行(ゆうちょぎんこう yūcho ginkō)
- Bank 銀行（ぎんこう ginkō)
- Agricultural Cooperative 農協（のうきょう nōkyō)
- Fisheries Cooperative 漁協（ぎょきょう gyokyō)
- Credit Union 信用組合（しんようくみあい shinyō kumiai)
- Shinkin Bank 信用金庫（しんようきんこ shinyō kinko)
- Labor Bank 労働金庫（ろうどうきんこ rōdō kinko)
- Convenience Store コンビニ
Pay a Lump Sum in Advance まとめて早めに払うとき（前納といいます）
If you pay 2 years or 1 year or 6 months worth of pension premiums as a lump sum in advance, you can get a discount. You can pay in cash using the bill sent to your home.
*If you use direct withdrawal when paying in advance you will get an even higher discount.
2年分や1年分、6カ月分をまとめて早めに払うと、割引があります。納付書を使って現金で払うことができます。
※口座振替で早めに払うと割引率が高くなります。
Pay by Direct Withdrawal 口座振替で払うとき
If you pay your premium monthly, you can get a 50 yen discount per month by paying by direct withdrawal. The amount will be withdrawn from your account at the end of each month.
*Application required. Also, if you pay 2 years or 1 year or 6 months worth of pension premiums as a lump sum in advance, you will get an even higher discount.
毎月保険料を払うとき、当月分の保険料を当月末に引落とします。「早割」として月額50円の割引になります。※申し込みが必要です。また2年分や1年分、6カ月分をまとめて早めに払う場合は割引率が高くなります。
Electronic Payment 電子納付（パソコンや携帯電話などで払うとき）
You can also pay your premiums through electronic transfer from your computer, mobile phone, home phone or an ATM. For more information, please contact your bank.
国民年金の保険料は、パソコンや携帯電話、家の電話、ATMで払うこともできます。詳しくは自分の銀行に連絡してください。
Pay by Credit Card クレジットカードで払うとき
You can pay your premiums by credit card. You can choose to pay month by month or by advance lump sum payments of 6 months, 1 year or 2 years. You must apply at the Pension Office (年金事務所 nenkin jimusho)
クレジットカードで払うこともできます。払い方は毎月か6カ月分、1年分または2年分の前納【早めに払う】から選ぶことができます。申し込みは年金事務所でしてください。
