The FRESC Help Desk accepts phone consultations for foreign residents who have lost their jobs or whose lives have otherwise been affected by COVID-19.

If you have symptoms such as a fever, please first call a nearby medical institution (clinic or hospital of your local area). If you are unable to visit a medical institution due any of the following reasons, please call Kyoto Novel Coronavirus Medical Consultation Center:

If you do not have a family doctor
If your inquiry is at night or during a time when medical institutions are closed

Operating hours：24/7 support

Supported languages：日本語, English, 中文, 한국어, português, español, Tiếng việt　※Tiếng việt support is only available from 8:00 - 22:00
